This is my first attempt at making a blog. It will probably be primitive and unusual, but hey, it's mine. I wanted to try adding a photograph, so I chose a recent item from my iPhoto library. It's a picture of the mole on my back, which I think is a basal cell carcinoma.
You can see that the lesion has poorly defined borders, and a general red color, with variation throughout the mole. These tend to be more worrisome findings.

Okay, so it's been like forever, but I did have that awful thing biopsied, and it turned out to be something similar to acne. And here I was ready to start a caringbridge website -- oh well, all's well that end's well...
